You must present

1. A valid drivers license or state ID
2. A recent pay stub
3. Award letter
   (for fixed income customers only)
4. Proof of residency
   (such as a phone bill or utility bill)
5. Two pieces of current mail
   (no junk mail)
6. A recent bank statement

 

Eligibility requirements for
Check Book Loans

1. 3 months of employment at your current workplace
2. Net income of at least $150/week, or $600/month on a fixed income
3. Paycheck direct deposit to your checking account
